My teacher got her year 13 students to watch my final piece and to give a brief, written feedback of their thoughts on my film opening.
The general consensus was that my piece had a definite comedic tone to it, with a fair majority saying that it was funny or that they laughed. Another thing I noticed was how quite a few said that the music fitted well with video in both timing and the genre.
There were a few comments saying that the lighting was really good and worked well, but others stated that it was a bit too dark to actually see what was going on and made it hard to see.
Another point that was made was that the separate transitions for the names made it seem a bit like a trailer and I could have, instead, put them onto the scene rather than on just a black background.
I have taken into account all of the feedback and have to say that I agree with the vast majority of it.
